L'histoire sans titre (a defaut d'histoire sans fin)

La voici la voila mon histoire de 1000 mots (pile! j'aurais voulu le faire expres, je n'y serais pas arrivee lol)... j'ignore totalement s'il y a des fotes d'anglais ceci dit, mais je n'ai pas eu de commentaires a ce sujet donc j'imagine que ca devait aller ^^... ridi ?

Our story takes place on Christmas Eve, Jack and his friends, Edward and Victor, were impatient of getting their presents, but also of seeing Santa Claus. Yes, they decided that this year, they will wait for him to come and  see if he REALLY exists, because they had some doubts about his existence… these doubts were triggered when they watched in the news on TV a drunkard Santa Claus trying to steal the bag of an old lady by using a bottle of beer as a gun…actually, the so called bag was a dog, but nevermind.

A little before eight o’clock in the evening, Jack, Victor and Edward decided to elaborate a strategy to catch a glimpse of Santa : the three of them would wait, hidden behind a sofa, until Santa comes. The latter would fall into the trap they set : when he goes down the chimney, there will be a string hung all along the fireplace, and then Santa will take his feet in it and fall onto the Christmas Tree, thus, Jack and his friends could see if Santa is really the one they think he is, and not some kind of alcoholic robber.

After the meal Jack’s mother prepared for them, Victor, Edward and Jack decided to place the string and hide behind the sofa. Before midnight, they fell asleep, but they were awoken by the church bell, ringing for midnight.
Suddenly, they heard a weird noise coming from the roof, and then from the chimney a cloud of dust went out, not only as a reminder that the chimney has to be swept, but also as a signal that Santa was going to be there in a minute !
About ten seconds later, a huge bag landed on the floor, doing a melodic noise as all the things falling on the ground do, everybody knows it. And then, Jack and his friends could not believe what they saw, not far from them, stood Santa Claus, THE Santa Claus, the one and only one ! They could not believe it although they imagined him a little fitter.
Then, as expected, Santa took his feet in the string, and fell on the Christmas tree standing right in front of the chimney, some decorations crashed on the floor, the tree fell, its thorns spreading anywhere they could. Santa was prisonner of the Christmas tree, he could not tease from the electric decorations which surrounded him…
All of a sudden, Jack jumped out from the place he was hidden, and hugged Santa Claus, and consequently the tree. Edward and Victor followed, but did not hugged Santa, since Jack was still on him.
Seeing that the poor Santa almost couldn’t breathe anymore, Jack stand away from him. Santa was astonished, actually, we don’t really know exactly why he was astonished, was it because he could’nt believe that some children succeeded in seeing him or was it because he underestimated Jack’s weight or was it simply because these children were not in bed … to be honest this is not important to know why Santa was astonished, let’s resume the story, even though it could be because he saw the bad taste of Jack’s parents concerning the decoration of the living room.
So Santa was astonished. How can everything be normal now since some kids have seen him ? He thought about it for a minute and a half and then had an idea. Seeing that Jack was ready to jump on him again, Santa whistled, and some elves went down the chimney, asking, in their own language -yes elves have their own language- what they could do for their master. Santa answered to them in elf language -with some mistakes though, because his elf is not so fluent- asking them to bring the Sleeping Powder he left on his sleigh, hoping that Rudolph has not sniffed it (now we know why Rudolph’s nose is red !).
Jack wondered what to do next.. maybe taking a picture of his dear Santa , so he ran into his bedroom to take his camera and went back to the living room, hoping that Santa was still there. Indeed he was still there, but he and his elves had something strange in their hands which looked like sand but which was brighter. What’s this ? wondered Jack, and why are Edward and Victor lying on the ground ? !.. well, he will know it in a few minutes !

Now let’s go back in time, when Jack ran into his bedroom to fetch his camera, and let’s concentrate on Santa. Seeing that Jack was running out of the living room, he hurried his elves to bring him back the Sleeping Powder, once they brought it back, he blowed the powder into Edward and Victor’s direction, both fell suddenly asleep on the ground.

Now back to the present, when Jack discovered his friends lying on the ground. Indeed, Jack was astonished to see his friends sleeping instead of being happy of seeing Santa. Then, the elves hurried to catch Jack and blew on him some Sleeping Powder too. Our poor boy fell immediately asleep.

The next morning, Christmas morning, Jack, Edward and Victor awoke from behind the sofa, trying to gather their thoughts about what really happened during this Christmas night.
Unfortunatelly, they did not succeed in being sure whether they saw Santa or not, their thoughts were a little blurry… the only thing that they knew was that they were waiting for Santa Claus behind the sofa, having placed a string right in front of the chimney, which was still pinned on it. They took a quick look at the Christmas Tree and were disappointed when they saw it was still on its foot, but that time there were presents next to it.
Thus they understood that they missed Santa… but nevermind, next year we will meet him, said Jack who did not notice that there was some bright sand on his shirt.
